Damaged & Mislabeled Items

If a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we can provide a free replacement with proof of damage. Please e-mail info@godlygothic.com and share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We will be happy to assist and reship the product for you, based on product availability. 

Please provide this information within 14 days of receipt of your item(s).
